This restaurant is not for old people with eye problems. Or, the best way to get inside the restuarant is to go there with Flash lights and flood lights. Both the Oak brook location and orland square mall locations are very dimly lit that you need the above lights to walk to your table. Please down load the flash light app in your cell phone as you will need that to navigate your menu. We really can't tell whether the restuarant is clean or any cockroaches running around as it is pitch dark inside. Make sure you don't sit on some one's lap while attempting to occupy a chair. The waitress was very impatient and looked as if she want to get the f... of the place ASAP. Food quality is not that great but the charges are Great, I mean very high. Avoud this place .

Pretty typical Cheesecake Factory - and that is a good thing. Perfect location inside the Orland Square Mall. Great place to wait for your shoppers or to have a meal after. This is the largest sit-down restaurant in the Mall, and the only one that really isn't fast food like the variety in the center Mall. While in a different location, this restaurant replaces the Ruby Tuesday's that used to fill the same niche. One can enter from the Mall or from the outside when the Mall is closed. The menu is extensive, just like other Cheesecake Factorys. Nice selection. Since this site has been open less than a week, it will take a bit of time to work out all the bugs ... but good for them making the Christmas rush. They should do well. Follow up to come.

Just went here yesterday, AMAZING FOOD! I had the four cheese pasta. My friend had the garlic noodles. I gave it 4 stars because the woman who was filling in for our server because it was his break forgot to bring the second batch of bread that she said she would bring. I recommend this place.

This is probably the worst Cheesecake Factory I've been to. The service is great but the chefs are awful. The food is pretty much an all around miss. Baja Fish Tacos made the same as the Chipotle Chicken tacos... Barbecue Chicken Salad= wilted romaine with a sprinkling of corn, beans and salsa. I'm calling for death to the chain restaurant.

Love me some cheesecake factory! The menu is ginormous yet everything I've ever had has come out great! The staff really work together to keep the customers happy, including filling others drinks and taking away dirty dishes. They also have a huge "skinnylicious" menu that features meals under 600 calories, 300 calories, etc. Everything is good, but my husband and I usually order salads off the skinnylicious menu (endive salad for me, beet salad for him) and then share the pear and blue cheese flat bread (so good!). We kind of have this down to a science. The bill comes out cheap and we aren't overstuffed. We avoid the cheesecake because we try to eat a little healthier, but I've definitely tried many of them and they're delicious (how can they not??). The pineapple upside-down cheesecake is my favorite!

Went to the Cheesecake Factory last night and it was amazing! The service was outstanding and the food was delicious and freshly made! My Bellini was perfect. I couldn't have been happier! Of course I had the buffalo blasts again and egg rolls and I ordered a salad and my S.O ordered the Cuban sandwich. Our server Kasia was the best server I've had anywhere - and I'm not just saying that! I recommended that if you go there you should ask for her! She said her schedule varies but anytime I go to this location I will be asking for her now , for sure! Thanks Kasia!!

What the cheesecake factory does very well:takes an ordinary dish like Shepard's Pie (which can be quite ordinary) and give it little twists to put it over the top and make it unique but not quite over the top. Which in my opinion is a good thing! Food traditionalists might be a bit disappointed in the little nuances they use to take their food up a slight notch. The cheesecake that is another story. They must live up to their name and they do go over the top with their desserts. I have been to three different Cheesecake Factory locations, If you blindfolded me an put me in a chair at any of them, I would have an impossible time identifying the location based on the service/food alone. This location is absolutely no different from the rest: friendly, knowledgeable servers, good food, and pretty flipping amazing cheesecake

This is the worse Cheesecake Factory I have been to. I decided to use a gift card I had for a while since they are always busy on the weekend. Most places in Orland Park are decent to eat at so I wouldn't expect the same; boy was I wrong. I went with a guest and the hostess was decent. She sat us down in a timely manner. A minute later a female server, Michelle, showed up and asked for our drink order. So far so good. Then the waitress took our order. She was short and snippy. I thought it was me but my husband noticed it too. As she was walking by a fat bread server, Bishop, and he threw the bread on the table which was slippery and almost fell off the table. The general manager, Alex, delivered the appetizers next and the the 2 servers were looking at my table laughing. It left a bad taste in my mouth so we described the situation to the GM and store manager but no recourse or sincere apology to make us stay there so we requested his manager info so I could voice a complaint. That's why managers should be older these young managers have no "real" training.

First time visitor. Enjoyed the food and atmosphere but service was almost felt like I was at an Applebee's.

Went with 3 friends on Saturday night for a wonderful outing. About an hour and half wait which was expected for the time. The server (Kashi or Cashi) was jubilant and joyful. Great experience considering the craziness of a Saturday night. I ordered the eggplant sandwich which tasted excellent. It was however very messy. Made me look unprofessional. My wife got a veggie burger which they were unable to bring out. They said "The cook can't form the patty". I can't think of any reason why a restaurant would be unable to do this but they gave her an entirely free meal of her choosing. Wonderful move Cheesecake factory!

This was my first visit since it opened. I was only ordering a slice of cheesecake to go. The restaurant was full when I arrived, on a Sunday evening, and I went straight to the register. It took awhile for the cashier to take my order; even the to go area was busy. she (the cashier) seemed flustered and a little curt. I asked for one slice of original cheesecake. The waiting area was small, so I had to keep shifting out of the way for others to pass. It took wayyyy too long for me to get that one slice. The cashier was gracious enough to apologize to me for the wait, so I felt a bit better. I even left with a smile on my face...until I got home and realized that I was given vanilla bean...what the??? My first experience for take out was not the best, but I will return for a dine in experience.

My daughter is a big cheesecake fan and begged me to come here. I was seriously hesitant about going to this location after reading the reviews, but we went anyway. It was a Sunday afternoon around noon. And it was crowded. We waited for about 25 minutes for a table which was ok. I forgot the waiter's name. She was nice. Anyways, my kids ordered the buffalo wing appetizer and the garlic bread. I ordered the mushrooms. The appetizers were big portions. My daughter didn't have room for anything else after the buffalo wings. My daughter didn't like the cheesecake. She said she had better. I ended up eating it because I didn't want it to go to waste. I also ordered the shrimp linguini. They didn't put enough sauce on it. I would go again, but I would order something else instead. Their water is so good and refreshing, so why 4 stars? Because their table bread is terrible. The next time I go, I'm going to tell them to keep the bread!

Really Bummed! This now location is not as good as the one in Oak Brook. I usually order from the SkinnyLicious Menu but this time the food and service was not the best. My Farro Salad was served with overripe tomatoes and cucumbers that look like they were at one time frozen - and this was during the summertime when quality should be really fresh. The Thai Lettuce Wraps were delicious but totally fell apart. I didn't send anything back but requested the server at least show the management the condition of the tomatoes and cucumbers. I then watched him take my dish and throw it in a large utility bucket with other dirty dishes....never made it back to management.

Best dine in restaurant in town. It does get pretty crowded in there but I am always seated within a ten minute time period. Every server that I have ever had has been more than polite as well.

What can I say about this place that hasn't already been said? The menu has everything literally anything you could ask for so this place can satisfy the most picky of eaters. The service for us has always been fantastic, but the uniforms are a little more suited to a sanitarium lol. Red velvet cheesecake is a must for dessert! Perfect for a date night.

I'm giving Cheesecake Factory a one-star because I know their food and their concept are better than this "operation" they have going in Orland Park. Calabasas.. you need to get into this store and fix it, ASAP. First, the people on here knocking the food don't know what they're talking about. The food at the Cheesecake Factory is better than most places in the area. The Cuban Sandwich, Louisiana Pasta.. it's always good every time I go. Here goes... I'm tired of waiting 25 minutes for a burger and 24 minutes for a freaking appetizer. This was my experience in consecutive visits. In the first visit, when I brought up that I had been waiting for 20 minutes for my burger, the latino gentleman bartending actually argued with me! "It's only been 16 minutes sir." Guess what? It says what time the order was entered into the computer on the check! It was sitting right there in front of me. This time, I am sitting there hungry yesterday waiting on a tex mex egg roll. I'm reading something on my phone when I realize it's been 20 minutes. I kind of look at the bartender as if to say, "really." PAUSE! SHE should not be waiting 20 minutes for someone to get an appetizer out. I've worked in restaurants, even as the manager of a PF Changs. When a ticket time on an appetizer reaches 8 minutes, there should be a sense of urgency. By the way, this place was far from packed, so it's not like the kitchen was popped. This is not a bartender issue to me... it's an expo issue. Someone should have been in that window after ten minutes wondering what the heck was going on with my appetizer. So, to Kathy's credit (I think that was her name), she actually asked someone to go check on it. I'm not a big fan of corporate restaurants making me feel like it's the bartenders problem .. like it's her responsibility to tend bar AND get appetizers out of the window in less than 24 minutes. That's when it's time for a manager to be DOING SOMETHING.. not just walking around chatting with employees. More on that later... So, I'm not arguing with bartenders anymore. I took the ticket right to the front desk and asked for a manager. At this point I was irate, because of the last visit and this visit. When the blonde girl asked me a question after she told me she was getting a manager, I looked right past her because I didn't want to lose it.. she stares at me for a few seconds and then gives this whatever sigh. The manager comes up and I give him the ticket and say, "here, I've been waiting on this for 23 minutes." Not my responsibility to have this protracted conversation with the guy. I gave him the essential info. This taller, white, blondish, possibly red-haired balding guy replies, "what is it?" Seriously? I just handed you a ticket with two food items on them. What else could it be? How about, those two items? So I walk back and sit down and my food actually was there. The bartenders were nice and really, really attentive after that. They kinda realized I was beyond pissed. Look, I worked at a Cheesecake in grad school in San Jose, CA. We rocked the house. We had to work so fast that at the end of your shift you felt like your head was gonna fall off. I lost 60 lbs. that summer running my rear end off. So, I have no tolerance for appetizers that take 2.5 times as long as they should take MAX. Especially since even with happy hour prices, a coke, fries and tex mex egg rolls was $17 after tip (I did leave $4). The manager never came by. He never went to the kitchen, asked what was up, and then came back to the bar to say "hey, sorry about that." Had he come by, said sorry, and maybe taken one thing off the bill, I still would have been mad. Even if he took nothing off the bill (which is really just the only way a restaurant can SHOW they're sorry about bad service), but seemed to be genuinely handling it, great. But all he was interested in doing was chilling in between the kitchen and host stand. I spent $50 a month here at least and encouraged people to go. Now, not only will I do neither (of course I'm going to go to Cheesecake Factory, but OTHER LOCATIONS), I will actively go out of my WAY to make sure that if anyone I know goes here, they are forewarned. Calabasas... get out here and do something. The opening of this place has been an unmitigated disaster for CF's normally high standards.

The service was so bad. Example: (I'll go chronologically) waitress took our appetizers and drink orders. We never got any bread, but saw other patrons with it at their table. Came back with the drinks but never with the appetizers. I asked for hot water for tea that never came. I inquired on our appetizer to which she stated she forgot but wouldn't put it on the bill and it would be out quickly. It was out quickly but it wasn't cooked thoroughly, the inside was still cold. We had to ask for drink refills every time we needed one. They had a steady amount of patrons but all the wait staff grouped into a spot near the mall patio side talking and complaining. Our waitress declared out loud she was pregnant, grumpy and didn't want to be bothered. At that point we were pretty pissed. I wanted nothing more than to get the hell out of there. I didn't even bother to ask for the cheese on my pasta or any more refills. When the service is so bad it doesn't even matter what the food tastes like.

I met a friend at 11:30a today(Saturday), Even before entering the restaurant, the parking lot was PACKED but patience is key..The restaurant was pretty full but we were seated immediately and the services was VERY GOOD! We were introduced and greeted by our server, received bread and beverages almost immediately. For starters, we ordered the loaded potato bits, crabcake bites and on the suggestion of another reviewer, ordered the avocado eggrolls - All Delicious! We then had the catfish and the BBQ chicken salad for dinner - Also Delicious and a TON of food.. Of course, you can't go to The Cheesecake Factory and not order cheesecake - We ordered the Red Velvet Cheesecake and Tiramisu - YUMMY, too! All Good for Us!! The only bad thing is the size of the tables for two in proportion to the size and number of plates for the food - NO ROOM! WE ARE DEFINITELY GOING BACK~

My sister and I came here last week after a long day of shopping and we decided to treat ourselves. We both ordered appetizers, the chicken samoas were very good, and that dipping sauce was tangy and perfect. For dinner we both got the Steak Diane. The steak was a little overcooked, and there was barely any steak on my plate. I had more mushrooms, which was in the sauce than steak! I can't complain about the sauce. It was great, with the roasted mushrooms and the onions and red wine. Delicious. When I took a few bites of my mashed potatoes, I noticed that there was literally a whole half of a potato, unpeeled..and it was completely raw!! I told our server and he cleared my whole plate.. Nick, our server was absolutely great, but he called over the manager, and she told me she could take my 4 dollar appetizer off the bill and that was all she could do... Why would I pay 20 dollars for a steak dinner, not even get to finish it, and have completely in edible potatoes?! Thank you Cheesecake Factory, you completely ruined my day and now I question whether I will ever return.. You only get two stars because Nick, our server was awesome. Bye

Coming here time and time again for the cheesecake (pumpkin) I finally decided to eat off the menu. It was good...like real good. It does have a big menu which is usually not a turn on for me. I especially enjoyed the spring rolls and salads. For a "chain" restaurant, they do things the right way and the service is always good. If you have not eaten here you should.

I have dined at many " The Cheesecake Factory" across the country. I'm a big fan of their menu and service. The problem with this particular restaurant is the seating capacity. It is too small for the location. Why open a small version of the Cheesecake Factory at the busiest shopping mall on the southwest side? Orland Park Mall is known for heavy traffic due to its popularity. And the wait time at this Cheesecake Factory reflects the heavy traffic of shoppers. The 90 minute wait time is not worth the wait, considering you can drive to The Cheesecake Factory at Oak Brook Mall and be in and out within 90 minutes. Although the service was great, I will never again dine at this Cheesecake Factory, unless they decide to significantly expand their seating capacity.

I'm not normally a fan of The Cheesecake Factory, but on a recent trip to Orland (which I'm also not a fan of) I was hungry and didn't feel like driving home to cook. We decided to see if we could grab a spot at the bar and were lucky enough to have a table (open seating in bar) open up in under 15 minutes. The wait is 60-90 minutes here any time of the day! People are really waiting for this? I was pleased with the service. They were friendly and efficient. Our food was OK. The fried mac and cheese was probably the best thing we ordered. The parmesan chicken sandwich came out with onions all over it (not listed on menu). Just a little disappointing when you are paying over $100 for dinner. Most importantly, the cheesecake isn't as good as I remember it. I think I will stick to drinks/Apps at the bar after shopping from now on.

This was a very flavorful and delicious meal! My wife had the fish tacos which she enjoyed. I had the gumbo. I have had many different versions of gumbo and not all were delicious. Theirs is very tasty with just enough heat. The chicken was a little fatty unfortunately. The wait staff were very nice; honest and friendly.

So many different cheesecakes! Yum! We ordered food to go so I can't give any review of the dining in experience although I hear the wait time is horrendous! I ordered the Sheppard's Pie, it was not quite what I was expecting but it was decent. The main reason we went here though was for the cheesecake of course! We tried 5 different kinds: Strawberry, Oreo, Reese's peanut butter chocolate cake, Godiva chocolate, Chocolate chip cookie dough. They were all very good, and very rich. Lot's left over for tomorrow!

For the money there are a million places to go that serve better food and have better service around this area. The only thing they do well is cheesecake cuz it comes already made - hooray - and alcoholic beverages. Their mojito is legit. Otherwise the food is overpriced and always always sub par. Maybe it's just this location; Oakbrook and Woodfield are always pretty nice. My to-go food has never been right either. Save your money!

I came here again and the service has not changed. We ordered our food, the waitress changed in the middle of our meal and we were not taken care of at all. Our waters were empty and had to wait over 20 mins after asking for a refill. horrible service. corporate needs to step in an retrain all their employees on customer service.

I've been to Cheesecake Factory downtown several times. It's a favorite. I expected the food to taste the same. It disappointed terribly along with the sarcastic and rather cold unfriendly service. Upside is we were seated immediately. I could not believe that the same dish I've ordered for years did not look the same, or taste the same. I also could not believe the amount of oil in every one of their dishes. When I asked server if the menu had changed she shrugged and scowled. She definitely did not want to be at work as I observed her rudeness with other customers. The only way I would visit this location again is only for the cheesecake and take out. Orland Park Cheesecake Factory location: has not managed to ruin the cheesecake as of yet.

This place was horrible! It was my first time at the Cheesecake Factory and let me tell you it will be my last!!! My waitress gave me sass. My shrimp were overcooked and I was served salsa for calamari!!! No worries...never again!

My wife and I love the cheese cake factory's Kobe Burgers. However we were disappointed when they brought out this expensive juicy hamburger with a cheap sesame seed bun. We were flabbergasted. We are tempted not to eat there anymore until they match a quality bun with their quality burger. #disappointed

I recommend the fried macaroni appetizer. The stuffed chicken tortilla was very good. Mango key lime cheesecake was great. Ask for Jeff to be the server he was awesome and gave great suggestions.

The appetizer mini crabcakes were absolutely delectable. We then shared the pear, endive , blue cheese and pecan salad; it was also delicious. Perfect for two. And the service was top-notch.

We ordered the Kobe burger at this place and got it a bit late because something happened. On the upside we were definitely compensated. The atmosphere is nice and the staff was very helpful and fun. We ended up striking up a conversation with one of the waitresses and they weren't all about just working for tip. Most of all the cheesecake rocked!

I had gone here to celebrate my birthday with a friend for dinner and i was not very satisfied. the appatizers were alright we ordered the nachoes, not bad but we soon realized we had to stop at some point so we would not fill up. i ordered the Cajun linguini with shrimp and chicken. i had had it a year ago and swore it had like other seafood in it before but i guess not. the chicken was weird tasting but i liked the shrimp and linguini. for dessert i asked if they offered like a cheese cake free since it was my birthday, instead they said they had a sunday with ice cream. so i also ordered a strawberry short cake special with it which also came with ice cream. my friend ordered it as well. when the dessert arrived i was suprised the strawberry short cake was not even a cake but a layered dessert of some sort of bread, ice cream (huge scoops of vanilla) and then strawberries and another thing of breading and wipped cream. sounds kinda good right? nope. the cake part was not soft on the outside, it was hard like as if it was a biscut. turns out it was a biscut, it was not even sweet! that's not cake.... i was so disappointed in the desert cus i was looking forward to it. i did not say anything to the waitress cus its not her fault but it is very misleading. and the sunday they brought, it was so small, it was like the size of a shot glass.. it was insulting, the portion size.

  • Matthew K.

Took my mother here for her birthday, and we were both disappointed. First off, I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich. It came back very burnt, to the point where all you could taste was the burnt taste below it. I informed the waitress, and she apologized and said that she would have another one come out right away. When that one arrived, it was in even worse condition than the first. The manager then came out and offered to make me something else, but by that time I no longer had any appetite. They did give us a free dessert, which is why I gave two stars. Also, ordered the macaroni and cheese balls, and they were good. Well, half of them. The others were significantly underdone. All-in-all this wasn't completely horrible, but for their waits and their prices, and compared to most Cheesecake Factories, this was way below the bar.

    (2)
  • Mr. Black S.

This restaurant is over-rated. The food is average at best and over price for the portion. The service isn't all that great neither, not very attentive. It is amazing how so many people love this restaurant. I ordered the Kobu burger; The burger was dried and over cooked. But it was my fault by ordering Kobu burger, I should have gone to Red Robin for the burger or a read burger place.

    (1)
  • Amanda R.

This place is a long wait for no reason. The space is too small. They should have thought about this when they built it. The also should have though about a waiting space! We went early on a sunday to avoid a wait which was fine. They did not have the cheesecake I wanted to order...and its not like they sold out that day since we were one of the first people in the restaurant that day. When we finished eating, they kindly asked us to leave because we were taking up a table talking. rudeness. I hear the wait is now down to 45 min from 3 hrs! now that the new and shiny is starting to fade.

Probably closer to a 3 1/2 due to the fact they take no reservations and the wait is almost outrageous during dinner hours. The cocktails are expensive but they are well made. Martini selection among the best. The appetizers are above average selections. Not all the usual fried junk. The rest of the food Is quite good.. Huge menu. Something for everyone. And great cheese cakes with a huge selection.

My experience here was absolutely horrible. From the time we walked in until the moment we left the service was sub-par. And I've visited plenty of different Cheesecake Factory restaurants before and have always been happy with both their food and their service. But I recommend everyone to stay away from the Orland location. First the wait time is ridiculous. The hostess told us that the wait would be 45-50 minutes. We ended up waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes. When I asked the hostess why it was taking so long, she told me that my party had been assigned to a specific table but that the people who were seated there were taking longer to leave than they expected. This totally confuses me. This caused for diners who came in after us to get seated before us. Secondly, the set up of the restaurant is horrible. They ended up seating us at the tables that extended into the mall. It literally feels like you're eating at the food court. And Orland Mall is extremely busy. There are too many people walking by and staring at you eating. We didn't want to change the seating because we had already waited so long in the first place. My friend had ordered the steak madeira and when it came she tasted it and immediately sent it back because it lacked seasoning. This is the meal she normally orders but this location failed to cook it correctly. She ordered buffalo wings as a replacement and we were told it would be out quickly. Her food did not come for another 30 minutes. We were all done eating at that point. We then requested to see the manager. We explained to him that we were dissatisfied with our experience and he argued with us about how none of our complaints were valid. He never apologized and then says that it is no fault of his or Cheesecake Factory that my friend didn't like her initial meal. I was appalled at his lack of customer service skills. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location.

First time going there for my B-day on a Saturday, so was prepared for a long wait, but wasn't bad at all. The atmosphere was pleasing enough to keep me interested. Even though they're known for cheesecake, I have to admit the food was very tasty! Had the Steak Diane & Crusted Salmon. Yum!

So my sister and I pre-ordered a cheesecake to celebrate my mom finishing cancer treatment. We asked them to write "You Did It!" with a breast cancer symbol on the cake, but they said they can only do it on a chocolate plaque. We were skeptical about how it would turn out, but they reassured us it would look good so we placed our order. On the day of we had our regrets and called to ask if we can cancel our order and they said that the cake had already been made so we couldn't cancel. Upon pick-up, which we had come late to, they said the cake was ready, but has to be written on. So we waited about half an hour! Pre-ordering is pointless! When the cake was finished and they showed it to us the plaque looked like a kid took a Hershey bar and wrote on it with some glue. We decided not to include the cancer symbol to make room for the text, but that didn't matter. The text was in 12 pt font crammed to the top of the plaque with a tiny smiley face in the middle of the bar. By the time we got home, our house is literally less than 10 minutes away, the chocolate writing had separated and now says "Ycu dill il! :)" Awesome. Money NOT well spent!! Can't wait for my mom to see it . . . . NOT!!!

Cheesecake Factory is the best restaurant out there: PERIOD. Yes, the menu is extensive but you can get just what you want--fish, chicken, beef, pork, vegetarian...ANYTHING. It will all be great--every single time. My favorite is the Shrimp Bistro Pasta, avocado egg rolls, buffalo blasts, tex mex egg rolls....face it...it's all good.

Our wait was an hour but that's okay since we walked around the mall first, anyway. Our server was understandably looking stressed out, but he was never rude to us. I got the Jamaican Black Pepper Shrimp. My server warned,"It's spicy." It was not. My date's fish and chips were unappetizing brown blocks on top of lettuce leaves. My blueberry white chocolate cheesecake did not warrant the $8? a slice. The Cheesecake Factory is obviously a certain type of "luxury" brand; I just hate how they can charge so much for their bland cafeteria food.

I adore everything on the menu and its very rare that I actually have room for cheesecake....however the service can be a little slow.

The Cheesecake Factory is like a Denny's for wealthy people. I don't like that it's placed in the Orland Square Mall. The parking is chaotic and there is always a wait. But great tip: sit at the bar you can order right away! Especially if you are not digging the normal 30-45 minute wait. The food is pretty average in taste but they have hug portions so anticipate a doggie bag. The service is usually slow I think that's the reason they give you bread.

I was so excited for the cheesecake factory to open up closer to home since I've had such a wonderful experience at the Woodfield Mall location but all my hopes and dreams were shattered. I think the best way to rate my experience is 5 stars for the outstanding food and 0 stars for the service. We arrived at 4:30 and were told that the wait was 1 hour. Almost bolted but we came specifically to eat here and the kids were super excited so we decided to wait it out. Since there was nothing else to do I started to watch the inside of the restaurant and noticed that there were many empty tables. It took a total of 3 bus boys to set up one table and I don't mean all at once, one at a time. One to clear and clean, one to put plates and napkins, and the last one to place the silverware. Each one was slow, and it took AT LEAST 10 minutes in between each busboy, ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME!!!!??? So if you do your math kids, that's a total of 30 minutes for 1 table to be set up. Like I said, I had nothing better to do so I observed. Once our hour wait was up we were finally seated and our food was brought out at a reasonable time (the firecracker salmon and the grilled shrimp and bacon club were AMAZING!!) but then our waitress had disappeared. Of course we were too full for cheesecake due to the HUGE portions but we decided to order a slice to go. I counted an additional 30 minutes for the waitress to bring us boxes, get our cheesecake, get the check, pay and finally leave. So a quick bite turned into a 2 hour show. I have mixed feelings about my experience, the food was great but everything else involved with our experience down right sucked! I think if I'm in the mood again for this restaurant, I'll drive all the way to woodfield instead. Get your sh*t together Orland Park location.

We sat outside today here and after shopping for summer clothes in the Square we enjoyed the tall large glasses of iced coffee with Splenda and warming the butter under the hot bread to spread it through out the slice. Mom is teaching me to keep cool with the excitement of eating so I focus on the plates presentation which were cool looking with fries in a silver cup hugged in paper type of wrapping so cute with a garden burger. The bun was buttery and I like cold vegetables such as raw onion slices and cole slaw crisp and curtious to dress my veggie burger. Dad and mom shared a fish basket and a Chicken parmesian with marinara sauce in a cute little dish. We topped it all with a negoiciated plan on a slice of Mango cheesecake after our meal. There was the right amount of whip cream and strong mango flavoring. Loved it. The outside area is creative and elegant in décor and design. The service was fun and youthful with tidy servers who work hard through the long hours of serving food and people a food selection from a very long menu of wonderful food.

The food was good but the services, were okay. Long wait period so for the meal. So long my baja tacos were cold. Of course I returned them. The manager did apologize which was Appreciated. The drinks were awesome. Overall I will return...first the drinks lol.

ABSOLUTLY HORRIBLE!!!!! Was here once before with a group of six and not one of our dinners came out together. They were a little busy. So we decided to give it another shot tonight. This time 2 out of 4 came out together. After the last dinner came out it was wrong. The waiter didn't believe it was wrong and we had to point out what was wrong. Then after another twenty minutes he never checked on whether the food showed up. After we asked the MANAGER about the food she went to check on it. About 10 minutes pasted the waiter brought our check with the dinner still on it AND HAD NO CLUE the dinner was still not ready. After about another 20 minutes the food arrived. From the time we ordered to the time we left, with food in a to go. ABOUT AN HOUR AND 10 MINUTES. I have never had a dinner experience like this. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE OR ANY OTHER CHEESE CAKE FACTORY AGAIN. GO ELSEWHERE.

This was the first time that my husband and I have went into any Cheesecake Factories. The waiter (I believe his name is Nick ) was good. I will say that this place is pricey. My dish was decent but my husband's not so much. He turned it back in and it was taken off the bill. We only paid for an appetizer, my pasta dish, a piece of cheesecake and a lemonade (I only had water and he had no refills on the lemonade) and we spent over $40. This place is too pricey for me. The appetizer was tiny and expensive. My husband seemed to enjoy his key lime cheesecake but it was close to $8. Something isn't right with the pricing.

I was impressed by the professionalism of the gentleman who seated us. He walked us to a table for 2 at lunch time and there was a baby in a high chair screaming and he politely turned around and asked... Would you like a booth? The server Megan was bubbly, knowledgeable and served us in a very timely manner. She kept our soft drinks refilled and conversed with us nicely!!! She offered recommendations on how to refrigerate our take home cheesecakes. She was a very good server for being quite young!!! The food was fantastic. The avacado egg rolls are to die for !!! My friend and I both ordered healthy sized salads and they were huge!!! Very satisfied!!! Great experience overall!!!

This was my first time visiting this location but I must say they were ghetto! We walked out because of the customer service. Would I go back...not likely.

I stopped in for dinner at around 6:45 on a Monday night. The outside patio was busy, but since it was getting cool out I opted to eat inside. I don't know if I was just that hungry or what, but the food was amazing. I started with the bread brought to the table (white & dark (pumpernickle?) with butter) and the fried cheese. I moved on to the crispy chicken costoletta and a peach bellini. I never had a frozen bellini. It was amazing. The chicken dish was so good, and a very large serving of chicken with a creamy lemon sauce. It was served with smashed red potatoes and crisp asparagus. I finished the night with a slice of the 30th Anniversary Chocolate Cake Cheesecake. The cake was a little dry, but I know it has to be firm in order to stand and work with the cheesecake. Overall, I was a little unimpressed with the cheesecake. The server was a little in and out. The area I was in wasn't that busy, but he didn't stop in that often.

i ordered a Caesar Salad it was okay the croutons were oily the dressing was sort of non existent it was okay but could've been greater than it was..........my wife had the Alfredo linguini with shrimp it was just okay noodles were thicker than I've had other places and the sauce left a bitter after taste. maybe we picked the wrong items but were willing to try them out again.

I was anxious for this place to open. Its great for the mall which really needed a decent restaurant and Orland doesn't have a lot of variety so I think it will do well. Love Cheesecake factory but its servings are way too large for one person. So my husband split everything from here and even then the servings are over the top. I wish they would work on a few dishes which are nutrarian: high density nutrition greens without any refined carbs or fat or oils. Some fruit in salad without high salt content beans would be awesome. The place was packed, had a line out the door after Christmas and we would go back. I just wish they would have a small menu for people on special diets. Thanks!

We were told it would be a 20 minute wait but it was only about 10 which was nice. Our first server took our order but then we ended up with a new server (must have been time to go home) which was fine both were nice. I kept asking my husband if our food was taking a long time but it finally showed up. I aways order the stuffed chicken tortillas. My food was cold, you could tell it was sitting out for awhile. I took a bite or two and then the waitress came by and asked how everything was. I told her it was cold so she took it back to go into the oven. No joke it was like they just threw some extra beans on it and let it sit because I swear it came back colder. I'm very iffy when it comes to sending food back I get nervous that someone will spit in it which I told our waitress. But she convinced me to send it back again. When it came back she stood there while I tasted it, still cold. Even my husband said it was cold. I love how each time it came back they told me how hot my plate was yet I could pick it up and tell it was cold. No way was I sending it back again she said I could just eat it and it would come off the bill, I told her I didn't want it. I in no way think this was our waitress fault, but I do think she should have made sure it was hot the third time around. She kept saying how she told the manager each time it was sent back. However, a manager never even came by to apologize. Thanks for taking my meal that I didn't even eat off my bill though. I could understand if I ate half the plate and then sent it back but I didn't even eat a whole tortilla! We might have just had a bad experience but they need to get their crap together management sucked that day.

I was really excited to try this new location. It was a serious let down!!!!! The restaurant is entirely too small! I went to a birthday dinner with 9 ppl. If the birthday girl didn't really really want to eat here we wouldn't have bothered. We heard that the wait time is normally 1-2 hours, so a friend arrives at 4pm to put our name on the list. So we all figure OK, if we get there around 6 our table should be ready. Not so, it was actually a 3 hr wait and we couldn't all sit together, 4 ppl sat at a booth and 5 people sat at a table across from the booth. It wasn't the end of the world but we couldn't really enjoy everybody at the same time. And after all of that the food was just mediocre, nothing exciting, fresh, fabulous, NADA! But we did receive a nice treat, when it was time for dessert we were surprised with a cheesecake that a nice man had bought for us. That made our night. But I doubt we will ever visit this spot again.

Wednesday night early dinner for 5. Place seemed busy, but not full. Only 10-15 min wait to be seated. Sat on patio, which seemed dirty (flies and food all over the floors). Menus were still moist, hopefully from being just wiped down with a clean towel. Waiter took a very long time to take our order. We asked for an extra minute to decide. He gave us 10 instead. Once order was placed, it took over 30 minutes to get our food. Wait staff was not attentive at refills and keeping our table clean. Overall service was a C- at best. Time to send staff to hospitality and professional appearance training. Or, at least send them to the Oak Brook location, where they could pick up a few pointers. Maybe the kitchen was understaffed too? Food was good, but not worth quality of service and the wait. I was expecting much better from this chain. Will not be recommending this place to anyone anytime soon.

The food seemed the same as other cheesecake factories, but Idk about the service. It was just alright to me. Drinks weren't refilled, food came out late but we got an apology for it. Eeeeh. And at first we were going to be seated in the "atrium" which sounds like a cool idea but in fact, it's the mall part of the restaurant where bystander mall shoppers snoop and take peeks at your food lol.

I was excited to eat here with my family as I have been waiting for it to be finished. We came here a few weeks ago, and were not too impressed. The food was great, but the staff can use some polishing. I am a huge fan of white pants, but not on this staff. We got a bit of a giggle at some employee's see through pants. Also, dirty white gym shoes kill the whole "fresh" look. Enough about appearance. Only other thing was I was excited to try the burger with the baked macaroni and cheese. When I asked our waitress how it was, she said it was just like hamburger helper. Despite that turn off, it tasted great.

Horrible Service!!! Who are these bums. I've seen better customer service from children running lemonade stands. Careless inexperienced waitstaff. Incompetent managers. Bartenders were good tho. Sit at the bar... if you want any type of service.

I was pleasantly surprised at the food quality it was good. We only had sandwiches so the cost was reasonable. The cheesecake selections were huge and very good. Something for every dessert fan no doubt! The only issue was the long wait for a table. Always a problem here

Just got back from the restaurant and i have to say I will definitely NOT be going back. We waited for an hour and a half but since it was our first time there we figured it would be worth the wait. We finally get seated and it takes a few minutes for our server to greet us. We ordered steaks with salmon and the bang bang chicken and shrimp. Finally get our food the steaks and salmon was cold with no steak knives (had to use the butter knives to cut the steak) and no steak sauce. I asked for more bread to have with my meal and get it at the end of my meal. And we had water to go and the manager was no help either. I left very unhappy and just home and our cheesecakes are broken. The food would of been amazing if it had been HOT!!!! IF YOU PLAN TO SPEND OVER $100 DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!

Their food is always good, but at this location the service is brutally slow. Being understaffed especially on a busy weekend is unacceptable and this location constantly seems to be this way.

Terrible terrible terrible...the woman at the bakery (who takes the pick up orders) is so rude. My coworkers and I have had 3 straight terrible experiences at this location. Tried to make a phone order and waited 10 mins. She has no knowledge of the menu and a terrible attitude. She was even rude to her manager. I will never waste my time there again. I would rather eat a gas station sandwich than spend a dime at this location.

I love Cheesecake factory! I was so excited when they opened this one which is right down the street from my boyfriends house. Kinda dangerous though! I went for lunch on New Years day about 1130 and got sat right away. But I've seen the parking lot around this place since it opened and its always PACKED. I'll be back at an off time to enjoy some more. I tried something new this time and had the corn fritters for an appetizer. I was hoping it would be like White Fence Farm corn fritters, sadly no. They're ok I guess. Even when I went home and put some powdered sugar on them, they still didn't taste the same. The dipping sauce that comes with it is pretty good.

Alright, I understand to expect a wait for the Cheesecake Factory. 85 minutes in Orland Square Mall!! Come on. You get better times at Chicago's Mag Mile. Here's the deal, the seating capacity is much smaller. Only seats 200 according to the manager. That is certainly not enough. Still good food & server, though.

This place was very dirty! Table wasn't wiped off, the drink glasses were coated with "something", the bottom of the plate had other food on it! Service was so so. Atmosphere was terrible, no space to enjoy your meal and have a conversation. Felt cramped and filthy. Will never go back to this location. Oak brook location MUCH nicer.

Three stars only because I liked the food. The service was pathetic. I ordered a pomegranate margarita with sugar on the rim. The first one came out great. I ordered a second one and they put salt on the rim. The waiter said that he would get me a new one, but all they did was try to wipe the salt off and replace it with sugar. It was really bad. I had to ask several times to get my water refilled and it never was. Even bringing out our food seemed like a chore. It took 25 minutes for an appetizer and another 30 for the meal. But the good is great and when they make the drinks right it's fantastic

The new location that's in Orland Park seems like a very good spot but to have it in the mall makes this place hard to enjoy because there will always be a wait and it will always be overcrowded like most of their restaurants are. I've attempted to dine here twice but left because of the wait, but I finally got the chance to check out the Cheesecake Factory earlier in April and it was great. The food was awesome and the service was pretty good, I made sure that I went around 2 p.m. on a weekday and it wasn't so bad. I don't think there is anything that can be done about the wait so the choice is always up to the customer, if they can wait it out to eat then fine, but if they can't wait it's better to find another place and don't complain about the wait because there will always be one at the Cheesecake Factory.

Just walking into this place was heavenly. You would never think that an establishment such as the Cheesecake Factory was in a mall. We walked in and the place was very clean, neat, orderly and set up quite nicely. Our server, Joycelyn asked us if we have ever been to a Cheesecake Factory restaurant before, and when we said no, she gave us an entire rundown of the background of the restaurant. We had such wonderful service, she made lots of recommendations. I'm glad she recommended the chocolate chip cookie dough cheesecake because its my favorite now. I absolutely enjoyed her service she was very helpful and attentive. The only thing I don't like about this place is that it gets very crowded, in the parking lot, and dining room, so you should definitely make a reservation before making a trip here, but if you don't that's ok too. It's worth the wait. I will request Joycelyn every time.

My wife and I recently had lunch there. Wife wife ordered the Herb crusted Salmon with mashed and asparagus and loved it. I had the crispy, spicy chicken sandwhich with fries and it was very good. Service was very good as well. Of course the anniversary cheese cake we had was fantastic.

I really like the Cheesecake Factory. I've been going for over a decade. I've been to the locations at the John Hancock Center in Chicago and to another just outside of the Milwaukee area. But this one in Orland Park needs some help . . . maybe a visit from Gordon Ramsey. I went here for my graduation on June 15th and my son treated me to dinner. There were four of us so me and my best friend went in to do the 50 minute wait while my son and her son waited in the car. We actually got a seat sooner after about 15 minutes in the bar area and I was thrilled. Unfortunately, that would be my only thrill for the night. Our waitress must have had some type of hearing impairment because she wasn't hearing anything we said. Here are the problems I had with this location: She set up water for two when we told her we were waiting for two more people to join us. We got two more glasses of water and she then asked if we wanted two more straws which should have been automatic. We were given only two servings of bread and had to ask for more. Why would you not want to give us bread since we have to wait so long for the food? Napkins. I know the economy hasn't been the greatest, but why do we have to keep asking for napkins? It took about 30 minutes before we got our food and when we did it was only two of four meals, then about 5 minutes later one more meal. The graduate . . . well I waited and waited and waited . . . and my party did not want to begin eating until I got my food. I never did. Finally the waitress comes out to tell me that the cook prepared a half order for me and it should have been a full order so I have to wait until he prepares it again. By this time, I'm angry and told my party to go ahead and eat their food before it gets cold. I went outside to collect my thoughts. I came back and still no food. Finally, I told my son to tell whoever brings my food that I don't want it unless it's free, and he did. They didn't charge him for the meal but it wasn't even hot. It was lukewarm at best. Then there was a breakdown in communication. The manager comes over and offers me a nice slice of cheesecake for my troubles and we had to tell him that my meal had been comped due to the delay. 'Any who' . . . I still like the Cheesecake Factory but I just won't be going to the one in Orland Park. Oh wait a minute! There's more. We specifically asked to have the checks split but she included everything on one check so she had to fix that. Then I asked for a container for my food but the server came back she took my girlfriend's plate and boxed her leftovers so I had to ask her again because I preferred to box my own food. If you get aggravated when you're hungry and people are jacking around with your food, please do not go to this location. Their service stinks to high hell and the food is not served hot. My son wanted to leave at least a small tip -- bless his heart -- but after we had a discussion about what customer service should be like in a restaurant he left this tip on his credit card receipt . . . ."customer service needs improvement".

If i wanted to eat at a food court, I would have traveled into the center of the mall to Panda Express. Half the restaurant extends openly into the mall so passers can be kindly stare at you while you eat. Why wait so long for this? It's not the best place to eat at! Go somewhere else!

Duh no crap!!!! I'm done

The food was absolute garbage. Honestly may have never been served worse food. They comped most of it at least, and the waitress was nice, but for the same price I would literally rather have McDonalds. At least it's edible.

I agree with the service....so slow. My family and I (party of 7) waited 10 minutes of our supposed 30 minute wait before we got seated, so that was not bad. We got seated in a table where only one person can leave at a time because there is only one way in and out. Anyway our server took our drinks and eventually our order. Now, technically there were other servers that brought our food. I've been to other Cheesecake Factories and for whatever reason the food just was okay. We also split two cheesecakes and the lime mango was so good and I believe Chris's(don't remember the name off hand) was so rich and sweet but we enjoyed it. Our server brought us our check and we waited and waited a good 10-15 minutes before I decided to hail down another server to ring me up. I was seriously contemplating ditching....And this guy would have been left short of a $200+ check. As I was handing the second server my payment I saw my original server go to our now empty table and I bet his sorry butt panicked. He actually ended ringing me up after his coworker called him over but there was no apology or anything. I have a feeling he was dragging his feet because he was guaranteed tip with a large party. Anyway, I probably would not give this place a second thought when I'm out and hungry

Long wait, OK service, mediocre food. Like someone else said, glad I didn't get stuck in the seats that are out in the mall - way too noisy & a thousand hacking, coughing, noisy people walking by. Also very cold -near the outside door & it was 20 degrees today. Waited forever to be checked on by very over busy server, didn't get water & finally had to ask. The tortilla soup seemed like is was a base out of a bag or can that they forgot to put the liquid in - so thick the spoon actually stood up in the bowl. Took it home and added 3 CUPS of stock & it was much better! Chicken salad was actually wonderful.

I have been to the Orland Park Cheesecake Factory twice, but this is my first review. The first time was actually before they opened, and i don't feel like they can be judged on a trial run. That being said, this second visit was a lot better than the first visit, but I still think they have a ways to go. You will see a common theme in these reviews, and it holds true. There is not enough seating! I took my mom here for lunch on a Tuesday just before noon. We were told it would be a 30 minute wait, but it was more like 45-60, and that was only because we questioned the hostess on why people who had arrived after us were being seated before us. She said it was because they were in larger parties and smaller tables were not available at that time. I would understand that, except that we had actually spoken to some people waiting next to us and they commented that they were shocked at the wait for a party of two. They had arrived well after us and were seated first. I'd hate to think of how long our wait would have been had we not asked on what the problem was. Our server was extremely friendly, and unfortunately I can't remember his name. The wait to get our food was slower than most places, but I love their bread (I wish I knew what kind the brown one was!) and the conversation was good so I didn't notice so much. When I did get my food, I had asked for no caramelized onions and my burger seemed to have an excess. Whether or not that was an error with the server communicating to the kitchen, or kitchen error, I do not know. I just shoved them to the side and did not complain since we had been there for so long. Other than that, the food was excellent. I ordered salad instead of the fries and it was delicious and fresh and was dressed perfectly. My mom ordered soup, salad, and a half of a sandwich. The half of sandwich was about the size of a full sandwich (on the small side) and the soup and salad was good size. She would have been fine with just 2 of those options. She said the sandwich and salad was great, but the soup was a little too think. I agreed, but those could just be personal preferences as we are used to a different type of tortilla soup than she got. We split a piece of cheesecake for dessert and that was the reason we will come back to this location. Tiramisu cheesecake! I've tried many of the cheescakes that the cheesecake factory has to offer, but on a whim decided to give this a go. Holy moly! It was better than any tiramisu I've had at any italian restaurant. I could easily get addicted to that cheesecake. I honestly hope that some of the issues that were had at our second visit is still just some kinks getting worked out on a fairly recently opened restaurant, although I don't think the size can be fixed. When I go back, it will definitely be for an earlier lunch or really early dinner, hopefully with smaller wait times.

I agree with a previous comment, if you could give no stars, that would be more appropriate. Worst restaurant experience ever.. And I'm a server and have been for several years. Initially on walking in we weren't greeted, we were literally stared at for several minutes until we said "table for 2". We were told the wait was 40 minutes, but we waited for an hour and 20 minutes. When sat we waited 5 minutes to be greeted again. Our server never told us her name and mumbled off some specials and asked about drinks and appetizers. We ordered drinks and she began to run off and we had to get her attention to order appetizers. When she delivered our drinks and bread she ran off again. We didn't see her for 15 minutes. By that time our appetizer was placed down on the table next to us and then given to us by that table. And still we weren't checked on. When our server came back we ordered and had to ask for refills on empty glasses and for straws. In which our server placed the straws in our glasses with her bare hands in front of us. Then our entrees came out and were placed on the table to the right of us on the other side. Clearly we were at a phantom table of some sort. We were finally checked on after we were sitting ready for boxes for 15 minutes. By far the worst experience I've ever had in service. Not to mention our appetizer and my entree both came out cold. We didn't complain at the restaurant, but to say the least, WE WON'T BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION.

better late than never. ok so i love the cheesecake factory, that was until i visited the orland location. disgusting and bland. i frequent the one downtown and old orchard normally. 9/1, i ordered the farfalle w chicken, my normal dish. got home to devour it and wouldn't u know it, the chicken was bland as hell. a ton of visible pepper on it but tasted like water. not even exaggerating a lil bit. barely any cream in it. a fucking waste of $18. also got a slice of plain cheesecake. graham cracker crust was soggy. so i'm highly pissed at this point but was like ok. again i'm out n orland on 9/9 and the overwhelming craving for the dish hits me again! so i placed the order for the same thing once again thinking ok it can't be bad twice right? fucking wrong! this was worse than the first one. this pasta had zero sauce in it! none! pasta and water. i had exactly 5 small pancetta bits! not pieces, bits like for salad! it had 5 chunks of chicken that were again bland as hell! yes i counted bcuz for damn near $20 u expect ur meal to be loaded with more ingredients than just pasta! so at this point i called back to the store and spoke w gabriella and told her about it. she told me to bring it back. i told her i was at home in hyde park. this broad told me there was nothing she could do then. "the hell u cant! u take the damn customers information and u replace their damn meal when/if they return to your establishment! what the hell kind of customer service is that, especially when i just gave u all $50 of my damn money over the course of a week! i need someone to get back to me on this bcuz i dont appreciate wasting my money on soggy crusted cheesecake and an overpriced ass meal that's not even cooked to par. u may wanna check the cook bcuz this was around the same hrs for each visit 5:10 & 5:53pm. so people u have been warned. long wait, sub par food, waste of gas

We waited till this week to try it because I always want to wait a week or so to let a new restaurant get the kinks out. Waited 2 hours on a Saturday afternoon from 3 to 5 to sit down for a table of 5. First mistake by me.The sad part was that we waited so long and then it was about 2 hours to get our food and eat. The service is just too slow between courses. From taking 5 minuets to get drinks, to 30 minuets to get appitizers and so on. We had to send back two food items on top of that. My wifes meal was the Luisiana Chicken pasta the chicken was a parmasean batter. It came out cold. The chicken was acually cold. My wife cut up the pieces just to see if they would just re heat it or re make it. It came back with the same chicken on it. My onion rings were a batter mush, soagy droopy cold onion rings. Well, they put a new order of onion rings in for me and the actually just put the plate under a warmer and re heated the dish for my wife. A restaurant with these type of prices should never do that. Hell, even Mcdonalds re makes your food for you if it is wrong. So disapointed in this place. Long wait and over priced for below average food. Everyones dish was just barley warm at that.We were just so frusrtrated waiting so long we just could not send everything back Nothing hot. We sat there looking at the food just sitting under the warmer. They also brought the food out in stages. Two people got their dish and then we waited for the next two to come out about 3 minutes later and then the last about 2 minuets later. They could not bring out all at the same time. I feel like such a fool to wait then get served garbage. Almost $200 thrown away. PLEASE do not waste your time or money on over priced food, over stressed out servers, for a place that does not care about quality. We assumed they microwaved the dish to warm it, but the manager told us they put it back under salamander warmer after telling us they have no microwave. That makes it so much better. That made the pasta on the palte edges all dried out. I can not believe a place of this so called stature would do this. Then they gave us two free cheeseckes to replace the bad food, and when they brought that out, the server did not bring out new silverware with it, we had to wait till he came back to ask for some, then he only brought out two, just for the people eating the cheese cake. Any restaurant I have been to, especially up scale restaurants, with large deserts, brings out fresh silverware and extra for people at the table to try. And it was not just our table, he did it to the table next to us, but at least he asked them, do you need new silverware? Do not keep spending money here people of Orland. I know Orland is desparate for good places, stick to Coopers Hawk on the other side of town for quality and good service.

We decided to try this Cheesecake Factory since it is recent to Orland Park and it was my birthday. Other Cheesecake restaurants in the Chicago area (downtown and Oak Brook) are spectacular, but this one pales in comparison. There was a wait, even at 5:30 pm, but I expected that. Then, they tried to seat our party of 5 in a small both for 4 and they would "pull up a chair" for my son. He's 6 foot 5 inches tall! We were all adults, not children in high chairs. When I expressed my concern, the hostess told me she was sorry, but that is the table they were offering us, and if we didn't want to sit there, we would have to go back and sit and wait. My husband told me to drop it, and we sat down. Let me just add that this restaurant is VERY narrow, and the aisle my son was sitting in was the main walkway to the kitchen. The walkways are barely wide enough for two people to pass by, and him sitting there was not a good plan. Didn't they know we had said 5? Yes, they knew. About 10 minutes after we had been sat, the hostess came and said she was embarrassed, and moved us to a larger booth, very suited for 6 adults. Perfect. But then the new server and our previous server needed to have a discussion about who would serve us. Our previous waitress apparently won. She was not the most friendly...in fact, it took quite a bit of work on our part to get her to smile, then speak to us in a friendly manner. BUT, we knew this was a Cheesecake Factory, so the food was going to be awesome, right? Nope. Food came out and it wasn't hot, the portions were not up to the portions at other CCFs, my husband's steak Dianne was overcooked, and the food was bland bland bland. We are not into spicy or hot food, but, we are into food with flavor. Nobody finished their meal out of lack of enthusiasm. Our crab & cheese appetizer was the best part, but it didn't have enough pieces of bread. I mentioned it to the waitress and she just sort of shrugged. Really? We did order a couple slices of cheesecake. They were average size and not fresh. I get better cheesecake at other restaurants a couple doors down from this place. Overall, we will not be back. It's a shame. We were hoping our new, nearby Cheesecake Factory restaurant in Orland Park would mean we wouldn't have to hike out to Oak Brook for special occasions. Nope! Well, at least Uncle Julio's just opened this week!! Maybe their new location will fair better than Cheesecake factory. Way too much $$$ for the service, food, and ambiance (of which there is very little).

Our horrible experience......We arrived at the Cheesecake Factory around 6:30pm and the wait was about 45 minutes which was not too bad for a Saturday evening. We were seated, given menus and waited for our server. About 10-15 minutes later, the server introduced herself (Tracy--Traci sp??) took our drink orders and said she'll be right back. She returned 10 minutes later to get our appetizer/entree order without bringing us ice water or bread. She reassured us that our drinks will be served shortly. Another 20-25 minutes passed......NO WATER, NO BREAD, NO DRINKS, NO APPETIZERS!! She came back to our table and reassured us AGAIN, your bread and drinks will be here shortly but we ran out of buffalo wings and the macaroni cheese balls and a few more things she added. WOW! Then asked, are you ready to place your order. Are you serious lady? We haven't received water, no bread, no appetizers or drinks ordered, you're out of half the things we've asked for, really..... and you seriously want to take ANOTHER order from us!! I tried my best to have patience since we (me, husband and son) hadn't eaten since earlier that day. I understand its the weekend but come on. I expect the waiting time to be seated would be long, NOT the waiting time to be served some ice water and bread at least! If you're understaffed as I read this in other comments, then I suggest they hire more people or shut this place down and let another food chain take over that could handle a crowd. If you choose to eat at this place, don't go when you're starving because the service is brutally SLOW! We walked out with nothing in our stomachs and it was 8:00pm by then! Oh boy was I not only starving but pissed that we wasted so much time. I'd rather keep going to the downtown location until I hear more positive reviews about the Orland location. They need a lot of help. Please iron out the kinks and managers need to do better with the inventory. How can you run out of your most popular foods? Unbelievable! Almost 2 hours wasted of my life that I'll never get back. We went elsewhere to eat and was very satisfied before the night ended, no thanks to the Cheesecake Factory. This was my 2nd trip here and still haven't eaten here yet SMH! Definitely not sure if I'll make a 3rd attempt. Too Pricey to be So slow!

Went in for lunch and the food was barely ok and the service was terrible. If you want Cheesecake Factory Cheesecake I'd just hit up SAMs Club for one.

Not at all pleased! Food was good drinks were extremely expensive. My group of four paid our 240 bill and tipped $55 dollars well the waiter came back with 50 cents. Yes cents. I felt so bad thinking I had made a mistake especially sense I use to be in the bartending and waitressing industry for 8yrs. Well everyone at the table counted their money countless time knowing exactly what they brought because we knew it was going to be a bit of a pricey night. Well we ended up tipping $105 dollars. And the waiter just laughed in our faces when we asked him about it. Congrats your restaurant just lost customers and fantastic tippers for your staff.

I'm really surprised that the rating for this is actually not as good! Right inside of Orland Square Mall is a very popular restaurant called The Cheesecake Factory. It is famous for the cheesecakes. The average wait for a table for a party of four people is about 20 minutes. Sometimes it can be up to about 35 to 40 minutes. That's crazy for a restaurant, right guys? The service here was fantastic. It was quick, and my orders were right. If you get Paul for your waiter, your in for a treat! He's funny, very friendly, and personable. He was the reason why my experience became so comfortable and wonderful. The food was really good. I really enjoyed my appetizer of Fried Macaroni and Cheese Balls. It had a nice and crunchy exterior. Also, the interior was penne noodles, which is different from your regular macaroni and cheese. I like different if you didn't know that! The interior was really good. The cheese was melted perfectly, and the pasta tasted great! For my entree, I had the Parmesan-Herb Crusted Chicken. I liked the tender chicken inside of the smooth and yummy chicken. The mashed potatoes for my side were great! There were actual pieces of potatoes in them. The green beans were pretty good. It tasted fresh and delicious! My relatives and I looked around the mall and came back later for the cheesecake. I wanted to try the Chocolate Mousse cheesecake. There was whipped cream near and on top of the cheesecake. The whipped cream was delicious The cheesecake itself was excellent. The chocolate tasted phenomenal. It was rich and enjoyable. All in all, I really enjoyed my experience. I will be back here again!

Not at all happy with this visit. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary. Not that it really matters but was at least hoping for a nice dinner. I ordered sliders. I have posted a photo. The presentation was awful but I thought I'll just let it go. They were busy. But I opened my last burger as I always look at when I eat a burger and there was barely any meat on it. The waitress apologized and got the manager. The manager came over and said oh yes that is charred. I was like charred?? There is no meat on here. He's like can I get you another entree? Well no I'm full now. Well let me know if you want anything else. Um no? Still full. Then he says well of course I won't make you pay for this. Of course? Well it seemed to me you were just going to give me something new to eat. But ok. So being our anniversary we decided to at least get some cheese cake. Well mine still had some of the wrapping paper stuck to it. Come on? Also the person who brought our meals asked if we needed anything else. My husband said ketchup please. She said sure absolutely and never came back. So all in all a ruined anniversary dinner. Won't be going back here ever. Save your money. One good point. The outdoor patio is really nice.

I keep trying this particular location because I do enjoy the food and it's close to home but the service here IS HORRIBLE!!!! I sat with a crying baby do 10 minutes, disrupting the rest of the patrons! Finally I asked if they still served bread, my son is hungry,...my answer? "The bus-ers bring it". Yet another 5 minutes later who brings me bread? My waitress, no apologies. Guess who is happy and quiet now? Management should be shameful, I'm a manager and if I allowed this in my place of business, I'd fire myself! PS: I counted 8 staff members standing around watching this scene.

I love the ambiance of the cheese cake factory. Most of the people I know told me not to come here because is wAy to expensive and loud music playing in the back ground I however liked the food. I was happy with the choice I made. I have the fried catfish it was perfectly cooked and the side of homemade mashed potatoes were delicious. I did not cared for the corn and the green beans it had a funny taste to them. I was so over satisfied I did not leave room for desert and actually I did want to order a piece of cheese cake I just tasted my son's and my husband's. They delicious. For the service I give it 3*** stars because I had to ask our waitress for a plate setting for me. I had to ask the waitress several times for extra lemon for the fried calamari and Tabasco sauce which she forgot. My husband had to asked for more water. The restaurant was not busy at all so maybe the server needs to get her act together she was totally lost!! I did have fun because my friend drove there and we celebrated her birthday. Be cautious this restaurant is way too cold bring a jacket or ask to see if they can lower the temp.

Honest review: lol this is the perfect example of just because the atmosphere looks like doesnt mean its gonna taste good. I been here 2 in my life i would never recommend this to anybody last time i ever come the people who like coming here are the people who think red lobster is a gormea restaurant. With the money u pay here u could easily go to one of the best restaurants in Chicago. Regarding the food this is the type of restaurant that is quantity over quality. They give u huge portions to justify the food tasting bad. Lol the calamari were so salty couldnt eat more then 1. The spinach dip jus didnt taste good it was way to watery so frozen spinach? And didnt have no seasoning very bland. Chicken and biscuits. Lol gravy wasnt bad wasnt good it needed more though cause chicken was dry the biscuits were so dry when u ate it with the gravy it was pasty. Regarding there famous cheese cakes i tried many different types dont like any of them there way to sweet like one bite and u can feel like ur getting diabetes. I just dont think there made that good in general way to expensive too for just a lil slice. Regarding service its a joke. Like no refills? No utencils? N u forgot to get our bread after the numerous times we told u like evertime she came to our table wed be like wheres the bread like theres are the times where i wanna give no tip at all but im to nice to do that thank god theres no gratuity because they dont deserve it.

This place is like the evil step sister of the Oak Brook and Downtown locations. For some reason everything on the menu tastes different from the others. Lacks flavor and the service is below average. I get it...its attached to the mall and a much smaller location. Still...for what they charge they need to step up their game. Ps. Dont order the pasta here. It comes out with wayyy too much oil.

I'm a fan of the cheesecake factory chain, so maybe that is why I'm not giving this place a bad review like some of the other yelpers. Personally, I find the food to be tasty and cheesecake to be great. I like how they offer a skinnylicious menu for days that I don't feel like eating over a 1,000 calories. I find the lemon-garlic shrimp to be tasty and light. I also like the turkey and avocado sandwich and the turkey burger. Although, the turkey burger is a little dry compared to the regular burger, when you want to eat healthy, sometimes that is what happens. Their strawberry daiquiris are very yummy and have an actual slush which I like considering some daiquiris I have had have been watery. The s'mores cheesecake is very delicious, but I always enjoy their cheesecake... :)

Overpriced and overrated. Dined in a few times, and have always been disappointed, as has most of my group. I was so excited for this to open in Orland Mall, but now could care less. Won't go out of my way to dine here again. Bring Ruby Tuesday back!

The table bread was surprisingly good - and two varieties. I love the "flat bread" appetizer - three slices of pizza to satisfy the crave. I've been chasing a good cuban sandwich for years and they nailed it, good quality pork (did not appear to be packaged deli slices).. And again the bread was terrific. The cheesecake was light, creamy and very good. The only negatives: my wife's bang bang shrimp was more like coconut shrimp. It was prepared well, but we didn't expect so much coconut. The table butter was individual packets - felt cheap. My favorite part of the experience: our server Rebecca was very knowledgeable about the menu and very pleasant. She really made us comfortable. A server can really make or break an experience!

I once heard this restaurant referred to as "The place where even the water has 1,000 calories." After reading and almost fainting over the amount of calories ingested in my first visit here, I made my second visit a calorie-control challenge. Yes, you can find a healthy meal if you dig a bit My first visit included a shared appetizer of chicken pot stickers, which were tasty, a fairly decent southwest chicken sandwich with a mixed green salad instead of fries, and a shared piece of red velvet cheesecake. The cheesecake was beyond description- layers of decadent red velvet cake, and smooth cream cheese. I just wish they had a better cup of coffee to go with it. Second visit, the grilled salmon lunch portion was a major hit. Fresh, lightly seasoned salmon, with wild rice and broccoli. The Caesar salad as an accompaniment was lacking; Romaine lettuce with a minimal Parmesan and a scattering of croutons, with a small amount of somewhat generic dressing. This time we had a shared piece of banana cream cheesecake. Good, but not as good as the red velvet. The biggest issue here is the service. There seems to be a good deal of disconnect between the wait staff/food runners/kitchen. First visit, we had a hard time getting someone to clear the plates from the tiny table we were seated at. Second visit, the runner brought a regular salad out instead of a Caesar, and disappeared before I had time to notice the error. It took about fifteen minutes for our server to our come around to correct the salad mistake. Prices here are a bit steep, but for the most part, the food quality matches up. What may lack in service is made up for in cheesecake!

A friend of mine wanted to take me out to dinner for my birthday. I decided on The Cheesecake Factory in Orland Park, IL. After reading some of the reviews, I was somewhat hesitant. Some people expressed their disappointment in the quality of the food and the inattentiveness of the staff. I didn't want my special day ruined, but since I LOVE The Cheesecake Factory and their famous cheesecake, I decided to still go and see for myself. I have to say that my experience wasn't like that at all. The food and drinks were great. My server was Brad. He went above and beyond to make sure my experience was great. My friend & I loved the bread! They brought us more when we asked. It was warm and the butter was also warm enough to spread on the bread. I hate when the butter is served cold and it's hard to spread on the bread... But not at The Cheesecake Factory. It was just right. My friend even had enough bread to take home with her. I ordered the Kobe burger. It was cooked to perfection. I only ate half (it was just that big) and I took the other half with me...along with a slice of red velvet cheesecake! Yum! I went on a Friday night and it was extremely crowded but the staff appeared to have control of the constant flow of people. I gave it 4 stars because there is always room for improvement. I will definitely go back.

Horrible customer service, long wait times to place an order on the phone or pick up an order at their lot, wrong orders, not offering anything for their mistakes, also for birthdays they do not offer anything like other restaurants do, no free desert

It was 11:03 on Wednesday and the doors were still locked. I called to ask if they could open the doors. No apology. I then placed my order for the Godiva fudge brownie sundae. The whipped topping was missing and the two wrapped chocolate pieces. Again no apology. I've been to several cheesecake restaurants and this was the worst!

There are some very rude people that work in this restaurant first of all. My boyfriend and I were seated at a table after a 20 minute wait(not complaining about the wait time). After we are seating I had to go use the restroom, and my boyfriend was sitting by himself reading over the menu. When I got back from the restroom my boyfriend told me that a waitress had come over to him and asked him if he was seated here. He responded yes and she then asked him, "Did a server seat you here?" Again, he answered yes. After that she just walked away. I find it very rude and unprofessional that an employee should walk up to a customer like that. Instead of making a customer feel uncomfortable, maybe you should get your sh*t together and communicate on who seated which customer, do not make the customer uncomfortable. It was very unprofessional and totally ruined my meal. Thanks!

I order take out from this location and I'm disgusted not only did I wait 45 minutes the server forgot about me I had to go up to the counter to remind her I was still waiting on my food got home look at what little food(four cheese pasta) they gave me and it was bland my chicken was brunt some of the pasta wasn't cooked like really worst 20 dollar I've ever spent!

I don't know where to start. We got there the hostess wan very nice. When we got seated is when it all rolled down hill first off we get a waitress that informed us that she was only filling in that is fine. When our real server showed up she asked us have we decided what we wanted. At that time we asked for water because we did not get any she then disappeared for about 15 mins, then she came back I asked her if we could get some bread she said yes then disappeared for another 20 mins. When she came back she asked us if we decided we then ordered I asked her if I could get another glass of wine which it never came in fact I got BILLED for one that never came to me. After we ate she asked if we wanted any dessert and when we said we did she rolled her eyes and brought us the menu. When we got our cheese cake she brought us our bill without asking if there was anything else that we wanted I was very disappointed in this whole escape. This is not how I see cheese cake factory as well this is really the first time that I had a very bad experience like this from there. I would not recommend this place to anyone if this is how they are going to treat people.

I'm done giving this place a chance.... Mediocre service... Mediocre food that doesn't justify prices. Today is Mother's Day, thought we'd try brunch and treat myself to a Bloody Mary and what a disappointment. I was given a glass of tomato juice with a lime, white stalk of celery and a dash of hot sauce... Not even an olive! For $9... They could at least put an ice in it to make it presentable.... Food wait was not great either... So sad as I really wished this lace would step it up by now. Off to Oak Brook next time I want Cheesecake Factory.

Not the best location. I'd rather drive out to Oakbrook, where the servers are more attentive. Alright let's get started: The bf and I decided that after doing some shopping we would go have dinner. Having this restaurant there I suggested it. No wait time: I thought "SCORE"! We got seated, next to us was a family already pissed off that they had ready been waiting 45 minutes for their food. On or other side was an older couple complaining that their alcoholic beverages were weak, and they have also been waiting a while for food. Apparently their server, which was also ours, went on a break. It took about 15 minutes for anyone to even notice us. We got water, and no bread. I ordered the fish tacos, which completely fell apart, and didn't make my tummy feel so great after. I had ordered French fried on the side and they came late. My bf ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich, they messed up and gave him a chipotle one. We told our server about the mix up and the manager came and apologized. That took forever in itself (for my bf to get the correct order). The new server we got was really nice, and so was the manager, but this place needs to get their act together. Considering they are placed in a mall. I don't like throwing money in the trash, and I definitely did that when I decided to dine here.

Food was amazing, but service was absolutely terrible. We had to ask for someone to bus our table, even though I saw a couple of servers walk by, look at our dirty dishes, and keep walking. We even stacked them at the end of the table just to make it easier for them! Come on. No one likes sitting in their own filth. Our server was also not too friendly, barely smiled, and seemed annoyed with our family. I'm surprised my mother even tipped her 20%. The Cheesecake Factory is a great restaurant with an awesome menu. Obviously save some room for dessert. Just don't go to this one. Please. Go to Oak Brook. They don't treat you like you're just a shitty annoying customer at TGIFridays.

Went for a somewhat late night dinner. Was seated at a table for two but it was not roomy at all! Date couldn't fit her purse in the tiny booth along her side and be comfy! Staff was ok, but just for the time we were there I saw and heard many complaints (from other patrons surrounding us) about their food preparations. Since this was my first time at this particular "Cheesecake Factory", I became leary of this spot, quickly! We began to ask for the dishes we would to order and we were declined on 3 account because they had ran out! ): When ended by me just ordering a kale salad and she ordering and bowl of chicken chili. We enjoyed the small meals with, then ordered some deserts to go. Was looking forward to a better experience like we have had in the past in California!

Pretty expensive and just nowhere near as good as the downtown location. Waitress seemed lost at times, not very clean. Cups and utensils were dirty. Save your money and time. Good was decent but too many red flags for me here. Maybe a cheesecake to go?

I have to start out by saying I LOVE CHEESECAKE FACTORY!!! But this location is garbage. You would think in the suburbs it would be amazing but think again. We ordered an endive salad that had ZERO endive in it. The waitress didn't even know what endive was. I ordered the shrimp bistro pasta and specifically said over and over no mushrooms... It comes with mushrooms. I order my son mac and cheese, it's literally mac and soup cheese, and finally I order a cheesecake and a third of a cheesecake comes. I talked to the manager Renee who was a joke as well. She has no business being a manager because she didn't seem to give a deal about our terrible experience. Plus it was my moms birthday..won't be going back! Oh and they should have kids silverware since they have a kinds menu.

This cheesecake factory has by far the worst service on earth. Compared to other cheesecake factory is it a subpar. The food is what you would expect that any other similar establishment, massive menu. nothing is really amazing other than the cheesecake.

I arrived at approximately 1:30 for a lunch with mom and boyfriend. We were told it would be thirty minutes and were handed a buzzy thing. Cool. I can handle a thirty minute wait. And it was just about that. We took our time ordering because the menu is so ridiculously huge. We started with a round of Sangrias and ended up ordering burgers all around. This is where things got hinky. They bring boyfriend's burger out. Dude has manners so he wasn't about to start eating before the ladies at the table. Mom and I wait. Then we wait some more. Mom: "Please go ahead and eat before your burger gets cold." BF: "No, no I can wait. It is not a problem." About fifteen minutes later, mom and my sandwiches arrive. By this point, boyfriend's burger is ice cold. The waitress feels pretty bad so she sends over a manager. . The manager comes over as boyfriend is almost done eating his cold burger. He offers to replace the sandwich but boyfriend is a fast eater so it was almost gone. Manager explained to us (and this is where it got confusing) that for some reason, they brought out boyfriend's sandwich but decided to remake mine and mom's. There was a clear lack of communication between service and the kitchen. They comped his burger so that was nice. We aren't very likely to go back to this one. It was very strange and we know the service in OBT is great.

Pretty good food but doesn't make up for the wait time especially with the holidays coming up. Service is ok due to this place always being jam packed. I recommend you find something better and you will probably be eating by the time you would've been called at Cheesecake Factory.

I took my sister and decided to sit in the bar area at the high tables. My sister is handicapped and she can sometimes be hard to deal with. We had Kelly C. who was the bartender and could not be happier of how she treated her and also the service itself. The food is always 5 stars as we go to several Cheesecakes in Illinois. Kelly was more than accommodating and also gave us information on purchasing the glorious bread to take home. All the years, my husband & I went to Cheesecake, we did not know that they sold the glorious bread. My sister and I took a loaf home. I hope when we go back that Kelly will be working. What a pleasure it was to dine there!

Yes, I had a great experience at the Orland Park location. I went during lunchtime and the lunch specials were a great deal. I got a huge bowl of pasta and chicken for 12 dollars, and it was absolutely delicious. The restaurant was clean and the wait staff was friendly and attentive. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

BALLS OF CHEESE I think this is what we should call this place. We arrived at this location, after driving in a car from downtown Chicago for 1.5 hours on a Friday afternoon, in the pouring rain. So we needed a drink and we hit the bar here. There was already a long wait for tables. In fact, I had to work my way around everyone who was blocking the front door. My goal was to secure a bar table for 5 people and I was lucky enough to grab the last one. As we were deciding what to drink, I noticed that there was a Happy Hour food special. Apps were available in the bar for only $5 on Monday through Friday from 4 to 6pm. We decided to grab an order of the Cheese and Spinach Dip with chips and an order of the Mac and Cheese Balls. The Mac and Cheese Balls were out of this world. Leave it to Americans to create a ball of mac and cheese, bread it and then drop it in a deep fryer. These totally reminded me of an Italian Rice Ball. The Mac and Cheese Balls were also sitting in a creamy vodka red sauce. Everything just worked. I hate to admit it but this might be the best thing I have ever had to eat at the Cheesecake Factory. I am not a fan of the Cheesecake Factory. I believe that there menu is too big and that causes them to make lots of different food but not lots of good food. They seem to be trying to make every customer happy. So I was surprised at how yummy this deep fried balls of cheese were. Maybe there goal was to finally make me happy! We also ordered the Cheese and Spinach Dip with chips. It was kind of weird because it also came with a mini dish of salsa and a mini dish of sour cream. I guess they were there in case you did not like the spinach dip. I found the spinach to be very fresh. It seemed as if this dish might have been made from scratch. I also noticed that there were some artichoke hearts in here but there was no mention of artichoke hearts in the menu. Great job Cheesy Cake...what if I was allergic to artichokes? This dish was good but not as good as those balls of cheese. We also got a round of beer. The prices were a little high considering we were in the burbs drinking in a shopping mall. My 312 beer on tap cost $8, which was way over priced but after sitting in the car that long in stop and go traffic I needed something refreshing on a Friday afternoon. Our service was good. The waitress was attentive and brought us all of our items in a timely manner. I was really surprised at our food. I thought I would never eat at a Cheesecake Factory ever again. When we arrived at the Mall there were not many choices that included alcohol, so I kind of picked this place based on the fact that there were drinks here. Thanks Cheesecake Factory for stepping up and showing us a really nice evening. And I will be back for your Deep Fried Cheese Balls. This is a bad addiction to have but boy is it delicious!

Visited on 01/30/15. We waited 40 minutes for a table between 8:55pm and 9:35.pm to only be seated at a tiny table that would better suit two children. The "Southern Fried Catfish" was okay, but no wow factor. We ordered two strawberry cheesecakes for dessert, and we received a tiny cup of strawberries on the side. What is that all about? The food, the wait, and the overall experience was not worth $103.00 for two people. Do not expect great food when the menu is overcrowded. An overambitious menu usually means the food quality is going to suffer. This restaurant also seems to be overcrowded with the younger crowd who do not know any better, but that is to be expected when a restaurant is attached to a mall.

This location is not the same as others I have patronized. The Fresh Vegetable Salad is something I always order and usually love. I had this salad in Orland tonight and it was awful... Pretty much just a tasteless bowl of limp lettuce. Also there were so many fruit flies everywhere! I do not recommend!!

The food at this cheesecake was the worst and helped me understand why some people think Cheesecake Factory is over rated. My mac n cheese burger was disgusting. I don't understand. Usually oakbrook has this one made on point. It's supposed to be super easy. My margarita wayyyyy too sweet. Eek. I am done here. Woodfield and oakbrook are way better.

First time there and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. The bread is unbelievable, Cheesecake is Delicious and the salads were the bomb, everything was fairly priced. I would definitely go again

I totally agree the staff at this location are inattentive. Is a shame because the food is above average than the rest of franchise restaurants. I do love this franchise, but at this location, the staff need serious work. They forgot my order, they took 20 minutes to take my order, my waitress seemed uncaring, therefore I felt a bit unwelcomed. Even the bill she brought was not even from my table. The manager was no help neither. But the food itself is great. I guess if you block the inefficiency of the wait service, you can actually enjoy your experience solely on the food. Just my two cents.

YUCK!! Worst experience I've ever had. The food was horrendous!! They messed up my meal TWICE and by the time I received it, it tasted awful to where I couldn't even stomach it. The food is extremely overpriced and of extremely poor quality. DO NOT waste your time. I highly recommend Cooper's Hawk if this is the type of food you're looking for. You'll receive WAY better quality service and food that isn't overpriced!

I have been to this cheesecake factory a number of times as well as the one in Oak Brook - this one slow moving and the staff isnt as friendly. I got an eye roll from the waitress for asking for a side of ranch dressing. Won't be coming back!

Went to have dinner with boyfriend we were asked to wait for about 55 mins. But we only had to wait for about 40mins. We were sat and took care for right away. Our waiter took our orders. We ordered fried mac & cheese for appetizer, which wasn't as favorable or creamy as I remember it tasting the first time I tried it, and we both ordered pasta. We were not pleased with our dishes. My boyfriends' and mine were both dry. Mine definitely needed extra sauce. However, we experienced great service.

Food is just ok. I come here for the outdoor patio, which I love. And it doesn't hurt that its right next door to MACY's, my favorite store. I would probably skip it if it were not for these two factors.
